holytoastrLast night lj wouldn't load. It was madness! But at least I got to bed early.
The plan this morning was to get to the dmv at the crack of dawn for ben's road test. Unfortunately, ben set the alarm clock for pm rather than am. If I didn't start crying in my sleep, we probably would have overslept worse than we did! (I dreamed my aunt kara was having a wedding outside and I got sunburned and she scratched her nails against the burn. It hurt!)
So yes, ben took his road test today. And PASSED!!! :D I'm so proud of him! He is now a fully licensed driver! (And can take himself to work for his crazy midnight shifts.)
Tonight we're going to celebrate. We're going to try the new indian place that opened up near his office. I hope it's good!
Before we go, though, I need to change my clothes. I managed to rip a pretty decent-sized hole in the knee of my jeans while cleaning out my desk. Very annoying.
But I was cleaning my desk for a good reason! Today is my last day! YAY!!! I am so so very excited. I may actually throw-up. I'm THAT excited.
Next week I start my new job. I hope it goes better than this last one. I never expected to dislike doing something that much! But now I can start fresh! With a new company doing new things! Yay!
