New washer arrived this afternoon and all is now right in the world. The delivery guy even set the machine up for me, which was awesome. I was able to get started on the gigantic pile of dirty clothes as soon as he left.
The washer does a very good job. I am pleased. Everything comes out perfectly clean. All the nasty stuff the horrible old washer left behind is gone. And it spins out the water so well that it takes almost no time to dry!
My dog is less than impressed with the washer though. It plays a little song every time it finishes a load and my dog totally loses it. She runs over to the laundry closet barking furiously. Hopefully with all the laundry I have to do today, she'll get used to it.
