holytoastrBen and I made beef and broccoli for dinner with our farm broccoli. It was very very tasty. I marinated the beef all day so it was very flavorful. And the sauce was nice and thick. It was a good meal.
I also made bread today. It came out very...large. I made a 1.5lb loaf, but it came out bigger than a 2lb loaf. I hope it will still taste good. Maybe I added too much yeast. I thought I added the right amount...
If ben doesn't like the bread I made, I'm going to make him some french bread. And tomorrow I'll use the bread maker for pizza dough.
