Phone interview

They LOVED me.
Next step: Another phone interview with the person in charge of the division I'm applying to or possibly even an in-person interview.
*excited*
After talking with the person during the phone interview, I think this may be a most fantastic job. I would be paid to read and edit the news. PAID to read the news! Bwahaha! I really hope I get this job.
And putting the Time Magazine Person of the Year thing on my resume was brilliant. She asked me about it and I worked the company into the collective "You." *smug*
The only negative I've got going is a decrease in pay. I'd be making $5,000 less than what I'm earning now. I'm told there's a performance bonus though, that normally brings in about that much each year. But truthfully if the job is as good as it sounded on the phone, I'm willing to take a drop in pay. Happy jobs make a happy melissa and a happy melissa is worth more than all the money in the world.
