holytoastrDress for the costume is done! Go me!
I may buy some skull beads if I find them and add those to a few spots, but the dress is essentially done as planned.
Today I go to find supplies for the scythe. I've decided it will be a short scythe, since I will have to carry it on the bus and train. Maybe 3 feet long at most? The short length will help because then a short blade won't look so odd. I can't be walking around accidentally smacking people all day.
Oh, and there will be jingly bells at the top. I am combining all sorts of death myths with this costume. It pleases me.
