holytoastrThat meeting I didn't want to go to turned out to actually be useful. Just a couple minutes ago our head customer service person came to me asking me a whole bunch of hard questions on what defenders was doing about the wolf de-listing.
And I knew the answer to every single one because I had learned it in that meeting! She was very relieved that she had something solid to tell donors when they called.
It's really nice when things like that work out.
