I actually managed to keep myself busy for most of the day. Go me!
I couldn't use the comp much. Part of it is because its too old. Another part is that it over heats in the summer and crashes. Also, my delightful brother has been downloading tons of junk. So we have a little virus. Oh yes, I am thrilled.
So after it crashed for the hundreth time, I had gone downstairs to play with punkin. And oh, to my wonder and enjoyment, a tick!!! So I got to play "pull the ticks off the dogs"! Here is something I have learned: Dogs do NOT like to be covered in vasoline. They will try to smear is ALL OVER the house!!!!
*sigh* But that's the only way to suffocate the ticks so I can pull them off. It's so messy! And got all over everything!
Oh, but I found a wonderful way to deal with my frustration. Every time I found a tick, I held it over a burning candle. I got to pretned I was an evil villain! It was fun! And I got to torture bloodthristy ticks that were trying to kill my poor little puppies!!!
Hehe.. ^^;
Anyway, after that I noticed that moms garden was all dry and thirsty. I want to know WHY she goes through all the trouble of planting them in the garden if she's just going to ignore them!? So I took pity on the poor vegetables that were so neglected and gave them a quick shower from the hose.
Unfortunately when I went to turn the hose off, I turned it the WRONG way! ^^;;; Our pool is a bit full right now...
Then since I was wet already, I decided that Nugget needed a bath. I got her all excited, thinking she was going to play some sort of wonderful game and lured her into the bathroom. Then it was too late for her. No matter how much I pet her and talked to her, she cried and tried to climb out. But the dirt! She turned the water brown!!! And I washed off enough fur to build another dog. In fact, I've been insisting that Nugget actually washed down the drain and the black furry thing runnihng arund the house is the replacement dog I made out of ehr fur.
No one believes me...
My insane family came home. I tried to avoid them by playing video games. Still playing FFIX. I beat Hades today. He says if I bring him another pumice piece, he'll make me something pretty! So now I am on a quest to find the piece!
I got tired of looking so I colored pictures. I'm not sure if it's easier or insanely harder to color things with only 12 colors.
Easier: It's not my fault if the colors don't match exactly and I don't have to waste time deciding to use red-orange or orange-red.
Harder: Can't color very detailed works because thyere aren't enough shades!
THEN I was bored again. I took a nap, read some more of Mists of Avalon, got annoyed with the book again and had fun hiding it under the bed, played with my dog, annoyed my dad...The usual...
