Looking for a website that could clear up the usage of "past vs passed" to me, the first search result was a xena fanfic site of sorts. It was designed to help fanfic writers, and all the examples are about xena. :P

past vs. passed: "Past" refers to time, to events that happened before now; "passed" is an action, referring to someone passing by.

Gabrielle couldn't help but notice the grim-faced peasants who stared at them. "Let me guess, you've passed through this town before."

Xena nodded, her own face just as grim as their audience. "My past is filled with towns like this one."

Hmmm...so lj keeps acting iffy. Bah.

I spent the morning with a little DDR. Finally beat a 7 footer on my mix. But it was tough. By beat, I mean finally got a C. I got so fed up that I went online and bid on two new pads and a game. I won, so let's hope these things actually arrive. I am desperate for a good mix and some better pads.

After a nice shower, I started stitching up pieces of the apron I'm working on. So far, All I did was make and attach a pocket. I must learn to work faster.

Tara came over and we watched Invader Zim and Gigantic. Good stuff. :)

I am unusually tired.
