Nov. 17th, 2006 11:57 amLast night I played many many hours of phoenix wright. It's a fun game. It's just challenging enough that I have to pay attention, but not so hard that I can't figure out the evidence after one or two tries. I think I was annoying ben last night when I was excitedly shouting out, "OBJECTION!" when I knew I had the evidence to prove the witness was lying.
The game has two parts. One is out of the courtroom where you gather evidence for use in the second part, the courtroom. In the courtroom, you carefully listen to witness testimonies for inconsistencies. Then you point them out and prove them with the evidence you've gathered.
Right now I'm questioning a guy who happens to have have the judge in his pocket. It's VERY challenging. Every time I think I've got the guy, he revises his statement and the judge accepts the revision. I KNOW this guy is the murderer! (The game shows you who did it. You just need to prove it.) I just need to figure out how to prove it.
I wish I could bring the game to work. Today's a slow day. I've already finished all the work I had sitting around. I could be solving cases right now!
Also, I need an icon for this game.
