Last night while trying to fall asleep I watched a nvcc lecture called, "Introduction to Cadavers and Dissection." It was so interesting I couldn't sleep. I used to watch surgery shows as a kid so I knew what a person's insides look like, sorta, but now I even know which part is which. The small intestine doesn't look anything like it does in biology textbooks. It's got this big piece of tissue that holds it in place. So, um, yeah, I'm a dork.

One of ben's coworkers was nice enough to drive ben home. All I had to do was unlock the door. I think ben stayed up a bit after that but I was all sleepy and confused.

This morning my pets are all incredibly annoying. I have a dog laying on my left arm. And the bird is screaming from her cage because I won't let her eat the couch. She actually bit me for not letting her eat the couch. She's such a brat this morning!

I think I'll take my dog for a walk and see if that will get her to stop hanging on me. Then breakfast. Something soft because my mouth still hurts from the dentist yesterday. I chewed up much of my cheek while numb. :(

I got all stir crazy this evening so ben took me out to the bookstore and dinner. That helped a lot. I would have gone insane if I had stayed inside all day. Ben is the bestest ever.

When we got home I had to walk my dog. She was not too happy about the new snow. She faked an adorable limp every time she had to walk across it. After carrying her across the snow and putting her down on the other side, her limp was magically gone. My dog is so cute. And pathetic.
