I have the plague and my body feels like it's on fire. I can't take any more cold medicine because it makes me dizzy for more than 6 hours and I have to pick ben up at 9. I took some pain killers but they do nothing for the mucus that is building up and trying to cut off my breathing passages. My dog won't stop barking when I try to nap, so I can't even get some proper rest to make all of this go away.

Why do I get sick so much? I'm a healthy person! I eat healthy things! I'm relatively fit! I don't smoke or drink or do drugs or anything like that! Why do I get sick so often?
My fever got really high so I spent about an hour trying to cool myself down. Even though I was still under 100, I was worried. As a kid, I usually had to go to the emergency room whenever I had a fever. So now it's down to a very slight fever and I feel less worried.

After cooling myself off, I made myself something to eat. I guess being sick was using up a lot of energy because I was starving. I ate half a pizza!

I'm feeling a little bit better now (I can sit up), so that's good. Except for the tiny dog who is demanding I make up for all the neglect she suffered today. She doesn't feel bad at all for barking all day and waking me up.

I don't really want to go back to bed because ben gets out of work on less than 2 hours. Maybe I'll shower. I think I might feel a little bit better if I wash the sick germs off my skin.
