I'm getting that icky "you're about to be sick" feeling again. How is this possible? I better not be getting sick again. I was sick only 2 weeks ago! And I was sick only a month before that!

If I actually get sick again, I'm going to have to go to a doctor. :( Something isn't right if I'm getting sick this frequently.

I'm hoping it's just allergies though. Weird allergies that feel like I'm getting sick rather than like allergies.

I CAN NOT get sick! I'm already about a week into the negatives for my sick time! I can't afford to take more time off!

So I finally found a picture I like and made it into an icon, but I want to add text to it. The problem is that none of the art programs I have understand kanji. (Or hiragana and katakana for that matter.) I hope my home computer can. :( I want pretty pictures!

So now mom has scrapped the vegas idea and wants to spend a few days in nyc. That's actually worse than vegas. I've been to the city billions of times. The show she suggested we see together, spamalot, I've already seen. The museums she suggests, I've already been to. Nothing more boring that going on a vacation I've done many times before. :(

I told mom that if she's going to do nyc, ben and I would probably only stay for the day of dad's party. I really don't see the point of going home and being miserable for so many days. At least I'd be seeing new things in vegas. There's no escape for me once I'm stuck in my parents' house.

Defenders of Wildlife called today while I was at work. They want me to call them tomorrow. Ben thinks it's because they want to offer me the job. I want to remain a bit pessimistic though so that if they are rejecting me, I won't be as upset. I still do hope I got the job.

In other news, I took a nap to try to avoid getting sick. I only woke up feeling worse. Now I've got myself a big cup of tang full of vitamin c. Not sure how much that will help me if I'm already sick though...

And it's supposed to snow a little this weekend. SNOW! So there goes my cherry blossom plans. :( I was all for the late winter but I'm very upset about this late spring thing.
