Can you tell me what I am supposed to do for the bolded section of this pattern?
Row 1: h 18, 3 sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 15 chs, 3 sc in last ch. Working in free loops of foundation ch, sc in next 15 chs, join with sl st to begin sc. (36 sc)
Also, what is a "back loop"?
