I started doing exercises that are supposed to help my scoliosis by reinforcing good posture and strengthening my back muscles. I think I have a long way to go though. Blarg. I was supposed to do 3 sets of 10 for every exercise, but I could only do one of each. I'm sore all over now. I guess I'll get better over time, but I am disappointed in myself.

Also disappointing, I was looking through the community center's upcoming course catalogue and I can't go to ANY sort of exercise or fighting class. Nothing fits into my schedule lately. I'm debating if I should try joining a gym maybe. One that offers classes. If I don't get enough physical activity in my life, I start getting really cranky for some reason.

Also I think I need to find an exercise icon.
Normally ben comes with me to the food store. Today he did not. What happens when ben does not come with me to the store? They are giving out free steaks.

I keep smashing my thumb with a hammer while trying to put grommets into a corset. I am a very cranky melissa.
