Jan. 16th, 2011 08:28 pmBen and I slept late this morning. If you can call 9:30 "late." Then we went out for breakfast. We tried out a new place called waffle king's virginia kitchen. The food was decent but we found the whole atmosphere to be pretty weird. Too much clean-cut confederate pride I guess.
After that, we went back to the house for yet another day of painting. We finished the red room and the pink room. The blue and white rooms and the stairs and upper hallway will need to wait until spring. I might be able to do the bathrooms on weekends.
The highlight of my day was throwing a stinkbug into the toilet and then pooping on it.
After painting, we returned home where I am cuddling my dog and bird. Soon I'll have to take my dog for a walk. I am not looking forward to that. It is cold out.
