holytoastrThe bus was late today and there were scary red ants all around the bus stop. But I survived and made it home. I was exhausted and wanted nothing more than a long nap. No nap for me, the car was finally done! (Yay! *tired*)
Ben and I rushed to the car place, hoping to get there before it closed. We made it with plenty of time, thanks to this place being so close. I wish I had known about it when I needed the flat tire because it is THAT close.
I was given the bill, $50 less than quoted. I think that was my AAA discount. It has nearly paid itself off! I handed over my check card and said goodbye to m money, only it was less money than the bill said. About $10 less. I'm not sure why they took more off, but I am certainly not complaining. Maybe it's because I paid in full right there or something.
My car started on the first try. You have no idea how amazing that is. It hasn't done that since, I guess, high school. I'm actually having a hard time starting it now because I'm holding the key too long. :P Oh well, I'll learn.
I filled my tank up on the way to a celebratory dinner at wendy's. I was driving on fumes. More than $30 worth of gas. *cries* I used to be able to fill this up with about $15.
Anyway, wendy's then home then sleep then anger at the alarm clock with the most awful noise that hurts so bad and makes me want to throw up. I drove ben to work after we woke up, and then came home for a much needed shower. I should go to bed soon, but the rest of my mandarin chicken salad is tempting me.
The dressing is laced with crack.
