I must update before I fall even further behind.

Let's see... On Sunday I went to a housewarming party for a girl named steph from the anime club. Despite getting lost, I was the first one there. So embarrassing!!! But soon other people showed up and it all worked out well. I didn't do anything horribly stupid or anything. We played this game Zombies for like, three or four hours. It was fun, but sooo long. I nearly won, but victory was stolen from me just as I reached the helicopter pad. (curses!)

I've realized that my comfort limit for being away from ben is about 6 hours. So when the game ended I went home. I missed ben so much!!!

That evening, we watched The Village. I saw all the twists coming, except for the retarded kid being the one who killed all the animals and pretended to be the monster and stuff. It was a great film, but kept me entertained long enough.

I had terrible nightmares that night, some that left me crying when I woke up. None of them were caused by the movie though. Just stuff on my mind.

Monday I met [livejournal.com profile] pbfryingpan! I was terribly shy though, and didn't say much. :P It's weird meeting someone you've know for years for the very first time.

Other than that, nothing much happened Monday. The boring people we are, we actually went to bed early.

Oh, and in other news, there is an Asian festival this Saturday that ben and I are going to go to. Nifty!

Yar Shyamalan hasn't managed to surprise people too much since "The Sixth Sense"... the plot twist to "Signs" still makes me cringe... but his movies are still quite pretty. :p

I really felt like he was putting so much effort into the "twist" that at times he forgot about the actual movie. I think that if there was less twist emphasis, it could have been a much better film.

I'm afraid so. But don't worry, I killed lots of them.
