Garb Status
Oct. 22nd, 2005 02:55 pmFirst off, I can't breath. But when it comes to garb, oxygen isn't that important anyway.
I finished the skirt. It's far too loose for some reason, but I solved the problem my just pulling it up really high and keeping it in place with my bodice. That works nicely because it means I won't have to hem the bottom.
I'm kinda disappointed by how flat the whole outfit looks. I'm used to being more curvy in these outfits. I think it's because I'm only wearing one skirt and then a long chemise. Normally I wear a short chemise and two skirt. So I think what I'll do is put another skirt on underneath. That'll keep me warm too, which is always a good thing.
Then with my cloak, I'll be super warm. :)
I may or may not wear my hat. I hate when it gets wet, but it'll keep my head warm and dry. The cloak has a hook though, so that can also keep me warm and dry. Hmmm, I'll ask ben what he thinks when he gets home.
For accessories, I've got a rose choker and my purple pouch. After ben gets off from work, we're going to the salvation army (please let them be open) to look for a belt and possibly a mug. I'm wishing now I had ben's root beer bottle, because that might look nice on a belt.
Ok, must take all this clothes off now before I pass out. Think good, dry thoughts for me tomorrow! If it rains I'll be so sad!
