(Forgive the blurry quality...I was in a hurry.)
I was afraid that the pumpkin was going to look awful, but after I cleaned it up a bit it came out pretty decent.
I roasted the seeds when I was done. I made plain and garlic. I don't like the garlic kind very much. :P
Now I stink like pumpkin....
