holytoastrBen got confused by the time zones last night and called me an hour later than he said he would. In that hour I managed to convince myself that he had gotten into an accident and died. I was so tired that I even started to cry. The rational part of me knows it was very silly, but the sleepy part of me had control at that time.
He apologized when he called. I was happy to know he wasn't dead. Then we talked for a bit until we were too sleepy to do so.
In the morning a very excited puppy attacked me. She had a cold nose and a wiggly tail. She wouldn't leave me alone until I had fed her.
Work today was really busy. I was working right up to 5 o clock. Ben called me around 4, but I couldn't talk to him. I was way too busy. :(
But then I came home and called him! :) We talked while I walked my very bad little dog. Then my phone died so ben called me back in the apartment and we talked some more. I'm glad I got to talk to him. He's going out drinking tonight with some of the other guys on the trip, so he won't be able to call me tonight. (Which is sad because he's so cute when he's a bit tipsy.)
I'm thinking I am going to read for a few hours, and then go to bed early. I'm really in the mood for a smoothie or a milk shake. Maybe I'll go to the store and buy supplies for that instead. Hmmm....
