It's veggie day again. And this week I actually remembered to bring my bag! Yay!

This week we are supposed to get pac choi (again....), cabbage,
radishes, mustard, spinach (or parsley), salad mesclun, garlic scape,
and basil.

Does anyone have any good bok choy/pac choi recipes? We still have two
heads in the fridge (after eating one last night) and I'll be picking
up a third today. I don't know what to do with them all!

Yeah, I've tried a few of those already. I was hoping for a recipe that would actually taste good though.

I don't really like cooks.com anyway because half the time the recipes don't even work.

But thanks anyway!
