- Doctors were sticking tiny cameras in my grandpa yesterday to find
the source of the bleeding. Now I use the power of guilt and remind
you that giving blood is a good wonderful thing that keeps people like
my cranky grandpa alive. The most painful part is when they prick your
finger before you donate. And they give you free juice and cookies
afterwards.

- I was so tired yesterday afternoon, I was incoherent. I fell asleep
on the train and the bus. When I got home, I planned on taking a 30-45
minute nap. It ended up being a 3 hour nap, but I felt much better.

- I am going to start walking a new way to the metro station in the
afternoon. There have been these guys near the park who catcall and
generally harass me every afternoon. I have ignored them or blocked
them out with music in the past, but yesterday they actually blocked
my way on the sidewalk. Seriously not cool. They wouldn't let me pass
unless I talked to them so I jumped into the street and went around
them. This afternoon I will be taking the other way around the park.
