How hard is it to follow directions?

holytoastrThe art company we are using for our pen packages is severely damaging my
job satisfaction.
They can't get anything right. They've been getting things wrong since the
end of June. I spent all day yesterday typing up corrections for them.
Today, I get art that HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED. I had sent them old art hoping
they could use it for general direction (and not give me garbage again).
They plugged in the new pictures but left the old copy! They ignored all of
the new copy I sent them!!!! ARRRRRRGGGGG!!!!!!
I need to get this sorted out by the end of the day because I'm taking
tomorrow off. Tomorrow I will RELAX. And not think about this horrible
horrible art company.
