holytoastrTonight ben took me out to dinner. The food was tasty and the evening would have been very nice had it not been for the nightmare children sitting a table away.
First of all, they screamed the entire time. They even screamed while they were eating. I had hoped they would become silent once they were shoving tacos in their faces, but no such luck.
And then, they kept jumping up and running around! Two of them were even play fighting! With kicks and punches!
And worst of all, their parents did almost NOTHING to control them. They would say, "Be quiet" or "Sit down" but wouldn't follow up! When the kids ignored them, they gave up and went back to eating while their children terrorized the rest of the diners.
I HATE irresponsible parents like that. If your kid can't behave in a restaurant, don't take them to one! Take them to chuck e cheeses or mcdonalds or don't take them out at all! If your child is not mature enough to handle grown up situations, they should not be brought to them. They will only get bored and loud and will only make everyone hate you.
