holytoastrBrutal tae kwon do class. We started class with a form that starts on our knees. It hurt a lot. Afterwards, my knees hurt so much, they were shaking. It was bad enough that even the teacher noticed. Embarrassing.
I need to shower. I am hot and smelly. But my legs hurt so much. :(
