Today was the worst day ever. I got to see a penguin and touch a wallaby and it was STILL the worst day ever. Do you realize how bad a day has to be to still be the worst day ever after seeing a penguin???

*sigh*

Anyway, pictures of the Animal Ambassadors that came to work today.





This is Pete the Penguin. He really wasn't interested in us though. He wanted to play with his reflection in the glass.





This is a baby wallaby with an injured leg. It can't live in the wild anymore because it walks with a hobble. I got to pet it though. It has very soft fur.



I can't remember what type of lizard this was, but it was very big. It had a HUGE tongue and kept tasting the air.



This alligator was rescued after being injured during Hurricane Katrina.

I will no longer acknowledge the rest of the day. Only the animals.

At least now that the terrible week is over, I can look back on the pictures and be happy. They were very cute animals.
