holytoastrI'm not having a good day.
1. Overslept. (This actually resolved itself pretty well because ben drove me to the park and ride to catch another bus.)
2. Only 6 car trains. (Really metro. Really? During rush hour? While trains are already running slow because they are all on manual?)
3. My train caught on fire a little and they had to offload it. (As soon as I smelled the smoke I started making wishes that the driver wouldn't notice. How bad is that?)
4. While that happened, a train a couple stations ahead of ours broke down. So the rest of the way would require single tracking. If a new train ever showed up.
5. Several crowded trains later, I finally squeeze onto one. I am close enough to the people next to me to inhale their exhale.
6. The man to the left of me kept hitting me in the head with his newspaper. The man to the right of me was dripping sweat on me.
7. Then the ac shut off.
8. Got to work only 30 minutes late.
