Jul. 20th, 2004 04:53 pmSummer vacation has turned terribly boring. I sorta sit around hoping for some sort of minor disaster to stir things up. A blackout like last year would be interesting.
I sew a little each day, read my book, watch some tv, wash clothes, play with the dogs.... Blah.
I wish I had a job or something. It's odd that none of the places I applied to ever even called back. I wonder if there's such thing as a blackmark on my employment record or something. Are there such things as employment records? *sigh* No one wanted to hire me, even though I was willing to work.
But no sense getting too annoyed by the unemployment situation. I'm going back to school in less than a month. Then I'll be so busy I won't even know what day it is!
