Random Items

- Ben has been training my dog to sit. (Which she actually knows but doesn't tell him that.) He often uses peanuts as an incentive. Last night, as soon as he picked up the peanut can my dog slammed her butt against the ground so hard you could hear the "whump*.

- I am glad winter is just about over because I am up to 110 lbs and that is incredibly distressing. I haven't weighed that much since high school. But spring will soon be here and I will no longer be confined to the apartment.

- Work this morning is annoying. The production team did not do their job, causing a massive scanline problem at the last minute. Now I'm being blamed for not having production review the art. But I DID have them review the art. They didn't say there was anything wrong with it. I don't know if pointed that out will make me look like I'm whining or if it will make me look like I was responsible.

- My boyfriend has taken up d&d. Our apartment is now filled with maps and complicated books.

- Can I go home yet?

At work we have a person who's sole job is to talk to members and help them get stuff they want from us. The receptionist knows this. The receptionist has a little memo at her desk reminding her of this.

Why does the receptionist keep sending these people to me???
