Last night there was a HUGE storm. Lightning must have hit nearly right overhead at one point because the BOOM of the thunder was so loud, it shook the entire neighborhood. The walls in my bedroom rattled and all the car alarms in the area went off. I woke up with a terrified scream. I hope that sort of thing is not common to our area. I don't think I'd be able to handle it.
