holytoastr*sob* Beating games always makes me cry. I put it off for as long as possible...but there comes a time when you finally have to get it over with.
So I beat FFIX. *SOB* I'm not joking when I say I was crying. There was sadness. And happiness. And STUFF! So much stuff!!!
So, um. I went and fought Kuja. He was jsut as pretty as ever. I always feel so bad fighting pretty villians. And he told me, "Why should the world exist without me? That wouldn't be fair." Yes, just a little conceited.
And then I had to fight this big scary evil thing. He was..um...big and scary...and evil. But not too hard. I ahve a feeling it was as easy as it was because I was in the high 70s. You can pretty much beat anyone with levels like that!
When it was over, the Lifa tree was destroying stuff. We had to make a getaway! Luckily Cid, who had helped us enter the place, was still around. He picked everyone up.
Except Zidane. He knew Kuja was still alive. And the silly monkeyboy was determined to save him! He told everyone to get to safety. Then Zidane raced headlong into the Lifa Tree's destruction!
Can I say now that I love fmvs? Characters and plot are the first two on my list. Then come pretty shiny things. Let the old schoolers yell at me, but they can show so much wonderfulness!!!!!
The wonderfulness was Zidane plunging through a dangerous network of moving, destroying, vines and roots.He would ahve to leap and run and dive his way out of danger.
The best part of it all was when Zidane had grabbed onto a root and climbed on top of it. As he rode along, he stood triumphantly with the smuggest look on his face. Nevermind the danger he was in, he was happy for that moment.
Then came the matrix scene!!!!! Zidane fell. He was falling and falling and falling and then he stops. In mid air. He sees Kuja on a rock. The screne circles around the two, with everything frozen. The Zidane continues to plummet.
He climbed up to Kuja and sat with him as he died. It was sad. I cried. My two favorite characters....all being all good and wonderful.Kuja wasn't evil anymore. It was very serene.
Until the vines came. It cuts off after that, leaving me screaming and shouting and sobbing. You don't see what happens!!!
It all cuts ahead to later. Vivi has a kid. Eiko lives with Cid. Garnet is Queen. Stuff.
Everything was all sad. It was all...Zidane-less. Everyone obviously missed him! They talked about him like he was dead! But he couldn't be dead! I was crying to the tv that there was no way that Zidane could be dead because I said so! No dying!
Zidane's old friends performed the play, "I want to be your canary." Everyone had gathered to see it. And it hits me. The guy in the cloak! *squeak* It has to be! *squeak* It's the only way!!!!! *squeal*
I was right!!!! The main character of the play, Marcus, pulls back his cloak in an importnat scene and declares his love for Garnet!!!! It was Zidane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was crying all happily then. And shouting at the idiot. How dare he cause me all this sadness!!!!
Garnet raced down the stairs, throwing off her crown, dropping her necklace, pushing through the crowds, and leaped into Zidane's arms. If the ending had been any other way, I would have been VERY angry!!!!!
So it was a happy ending. I suggest you get the soundtrack. Or at least download the last song, Melodies of Life. It's very pretty.
And I'm going to pretend tht Kuja got reborn as a a bird. Taht would make him happy. I think I need a Kuja plushie. And a Zidane plushie. That would make me happy.
