Sailor V!!!

holytoastrI realized that all I do is repeat stuff you can find anywhere else. So instead, I will blither. It won't be as informative and it defineitely won't make much sense, but at least it will be something different!
An Animated Mess (Protect Children's Dream! Friendship Tied by Anime)
Wheee! Anime about anime!!!! *giggle* And about Sailor V! Poor Sailor Moon....She's ever so jealous that V-chan get's a show and Usagi doesn't. In fact, in the scene where Usagi is saying she can't wait for the movie to come out, she actually was saying she wished someone would make an anime of her. Luna's reply? That no one would be willing to make such a silly story! *giggle*
Another thing. Why does the dub feel it's so important to censor everything? In a scene where Nephlite and Zoisite are speaking, Zoisite deliberately points out the bottle on the table and asks if Nephlite is going to poinson the solders with "lemonade." I don't know about you, but lemonade doesn't come in bottles like that. It looks kinda like brandy. But why did it need to be pointed out? In the sub he just says he looks very relaxed. *sigh* Weird dubbers.
Though I guess some stuff needs to be dubbed if you're aiming for small children (which is the dubbers target audience). When the director is pointing out what is wrong with thedrawing, he origianlly said he couldn't feel the love and passion the way she drew the leg. The animator replies, "You mean you want me to make it erotic!?" Riiight...so maybe they had to change that.
