Naru-chan vs Molly?

This has nothing to do with what I want to talk about, but it only occured to me today. Nephlite uses the power of the stars and planets to decide on victims and create youma. So if the Sailor Soldiers power is based on the stars and the planets...is Nephlite using their own power against them? Heh, jsut a thought...

Another thought today. Zoisite is such a scary woman...And such a pretty man! If I met HER in the street, I'd probably try to avoid her, maybe even cross the street. If I met HIM on the street, I'd take him shopping. How can someone be so scary with one voice and so fem with another!?

Anyway, on to my real thoughts on the ep. Poor Molly. (Naru-chan...I'll probably switch between the two a lot..) I feel so bad for her. I'm not sure I felt so bad the first time I saw it, even with laura47's blithering. I think that made me more paranoid than anything else. I think when I saw it for the first time dubbed, it was the first time I actually cared what happened to Naru-chan.

I didn't really like her much. Her voice drove me insane!!!! But when all the angst was happening, I wanted everything to turn out right for her. but right afterwards, I went back to uncaring.

Then I saw it classic. She's such a nice sweet girl! She's so different from the dub! (A few examples of characters messed up by dub: Naru-chan, Rei-chan, Luna, Chibi-usa, Zoisite, Zirconia-Sama.) In the sub I always care what happens to her.

This time when I watched the dub, the caring held over! I was worried about her from the start. I reminding myself that the dubbers were on crack. Taht was why her voice was so terrible and she said the dumbest things. It's all the Dubbers fault. Molly has nothing to do with it. And I am happy now. I don't feel as bad!

But the dubbers need to lay off the crack!

Yup, I came into school saying that the previous days ep (cause I taped them and watched them in the afternoon) was Molly's Folly. You spazzed out ever so amazingly and blithered very much about sadness and badness and whoosh! It was amusing!
