holytoastrI think the worst part about today is that everything on tv and the radio and the comp and EVERYWHERE is unrelenting. Everyone is walking around like little zombies, following the orders of the media that says, "Wave your flag! Support your country! Buy! Consume! Cry even though you don't care!" *hrmph*
For some of us, being alive means to live. Now if only I was allowed to do that.
Women's studies: One reference. Used the CRACK mentioning "I'm from ny...."
Communications: Moment of silence. (That was more dealable. It wasn't specifically for 911. He made it a more general, moment of silence for how you're feeling today.)
Now we'll see whjat my other classes hold for me.
Anyway, I was sooooo busy yesterday taht I never got to write it all down!
So, the day started nice and easy. Had japanese. Learned how to write sentences. Plus class ended early! Woohoo!
For lunch I managed to burn a baked potato in the microwave. But it was still edible. So all was good!
Got called down to work to cover someone's shift. The first hour stretched forever. The second had issues with keys. So that flew by rather nicely. The third hour was hte longest. But I had Trigun to look forward to when it was over.
The person who freed me from the desk pointed out my ryo-ohki bag. It's so sad the tenchi was canceled. (Well, except tenchi in tokyo....(Had to write it all out after i realized what the initials spelled.)) I hurried upstairs and got all cleaned up to go watch anime.
As I was going out the door, the dsc person called me over. I was sure I had forgotten somehtig or done something stupid or wrong. Instead, he invited me to watch anime with him and a couple of friends. I explained that wednesday is my day of DEATH AND DOOOOOOM!!!! So I couldn't make it. (Also, you know, I just met him, so it was all very strange...)
Trigun is so much fun!!! I love Vash! I love Wolfwood! PEACE AND LOVE!!! *giggle* It only fuels my obsession more....
Had to leave early for a dsc meeting. Ick. Ended up picking up another crack shift. So now I also work tuesday mornings 3-6. Ick..... But at least tht gets me out of another rotation. Yay!
And that was my story for the day. I should bve doing homework now. *sob* So much work!!!!
I may not be your typical bishounen and I may
not be rolling in fangirls like some but I am
definitely the coolest character. Worship me.
