holytoastrFact: I spend way too much time at gregs.
Anyway, today was our hurricane day. I woke up around 8 in the crack morning because the rain was so loud on the windows. The power had gone out. So I reset my computer and tried to go back to bed.
Tossed and turned for a bit but couldn't fall back asleep. Got up, and the power went out again. Made breakfast and watched the rain fall down. The sun was shining.
Eventually the power came back. Yay!
Watched tv for a bit. Made lunch. Greg came over for lunch. He went to work and I watched the cute hamster show. After the show I tried to get some of my homework done. Ended up falling asleep.
Woke up, went outside in the pouring rain, got covered in mud--all in an effort to find a place to do my homework. Got massive amounts of work done at the mo front desk.
Went to gregs. Got invited out to dinner with everyone. Had to change into non-muddy pants. Got to dinner late. Dinner took forever. Had strange dressing on it. That's ok, salads don't store well anyway.
Went back to gregs. Finished watching Lodoss War. Strange show....Very very strange. I'm still confused on what happened. But there is one thing I do know. Parn must never breed. Ever!
When that was over I read some newspaper thingies. Desperately trying to find amusing things to do to keep myself sane.
Watched Batman Forever. Revealed geekyness of observations. I like to notice scenes and music and lighting and costumes. This movie is all made to feel like you are reading a comic. I'm such a geek.
Then it was late, so I should be in bed. I've got a huge test tomorrow and a presentation. Must sleep now!
