holytoastr | Spirited Away

Today I saw Spirited Away. It was GREAT!!!!! If you can, everyone should go see it. I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll try to describe it's wonderfulness without giving anything away.

The story was so well crafted. It pulled your emotions around just the right way. It would show you happy scenes to brighten your mood and give you the feeling of triumph for the next seen. Or it would become dark and ominous to warn you of the upcoming danger. It was all done so well.

I loved the characters! I wanted to take them home with me!!!! I need numerous plushies of varius chracters, like Haku. They were all so fun! I wanted to know more about them! I was sad when it was over because I knew that I would never know the rest of their life stories! What will they do now!?

The art was so detailed. It was full of stuff everywhere!!!! I'm kinda glad it was dubbed. Otherwise I would ahve had to drag my attention away from the beautiful scenes to read.

And the dubbing was actually pretty good! A voice are two was a little unpleasant, but for the most part I approve. Thye got the emotions down very nicely!!!!

I'm going to have to watched the subber version I've got someday to see what was changed. Though, even if a lot was changed, it was a well done movie! All must go see it!!!!
