A melissa story
Oct. 31st, 2002 02:49 amSo um, sweet innocent little melissa gets into weird situations.
Tonight was such a situation.
Greg got invited to host the Rocky Horror Picture Show on campus. And he asked me if I wanted to help him.
Now a normal sane melissa would say no. But a melissa offered with the chance to draw on people's faces does a very happy bouncy yes!
But part of the offer was that I had to dress up. Grrrr.... So melissa ended up all dressed up in her purple dress, tall boots, black lipstick, and general not melissa-ness! There was pictureness. And I felt silly. (And no, greg didn't use the digital camera, so you'll never see the pictures.)
It was pretty cool helping out though! I am really not a big fan of the movie, but I like to help run it. So I was bouncing around all over being generally unhelpful but having fun anyway!
When we finally got it started, I had a very important job to do! I had to mark all the virgins! (I'm kinda embarrased at how many times I've seen this movie......But at least I guess that emans I'll enver have to worry about being marked.) So I brought out my nice pink marker and drew a large V on soooooooooooooooo many people!!!!
I think taht was what gave the show a few problems. Too many virgins. They were actually telling people to shut up during the show! But heckling is the whole point! You enver see the movie to watch it! You see it to mock! Oh well! Now they know better!
Anyway, there was much marking. It was kinda hard to reach over all the people, which amkes me glad asj taught me the joys of boxers. Also several guys admited they only pretended to be virgins to make me lean over. *sigh* People are scary!
Another very important job I had was to squirt people with water guns during the rain scene! Wheee! That was fun! But my gun ran out of water too soon! *sniffle*
My final very important job was to get people up for the time warp! I yelled at people to get up on their feet and up on the stage! No one lsitened to me on the stage part, but they did get up on their feet. There were these two guys, the ONLY guys left that I could see sitting. So I very quietly walked over and began to stare. And they didn't kow I was there. I still stared. Eventually they caught me in their eyes. And turned, quite surprised. I did a little, "Up. Now." And they did! It was cool! :D
We had to leave a little after 1. Greg had to elave for the show, and red and I left because it's no fun by yourself and I don;'t like watching the movie! We left and got drinks. Vanilla coke is very strange. I'm still not sure if I like it or not, but I can't seem to stop drinking it.
Ok, but it's tme for work very very soon. So i should get some work together. :P
Ooooh! But greg played Vampire Club! Yay! I am happy!
