How dare they lock the doors! Now I have to use my card jsut to get onto my own floor! *hrmph*

Anyway, I have made a decision. The best part of Chicago were the shadow puppets. :P

(Forgot to mention that the film melted a bit and while they fixed it someone made shadow puppets for my entertainment.)

Today's classes were a waste of my time. I should ahve stayed home in bed. But that japanese quiz I took today was so wonderfully easy!!! :)

Yes, yes, I know that. But why should all students suffer under lockdown when it was only one girl who couldn't lock her door in one dorm who always props open the door.

The way I see it, it's like banning shoes after one student gets hit in the head by one. It's not my fault she didn't have the sense to lock her doors so I shouldn't ahve to feel like I'm in prison.

(I just woke up, so I don't think I'm making any sense here.)

I guess it's the same as any time americans ever give up freedom for security. Spoiled reactionary paternalists (in this case, actual parents) with the cash money to buy lawyers and legislators (or university administrators).

This time I just swiped the card, but last time that door was locked, I was clever, went up the stairs on the other side and crossed the bridge. Let's hear it for non-euclidean dorm geometry.

I didn't know about the flyers. I found out about it when Salerno had to leave during our game that night.

Yeah, I had to tell greg that he has to take the elevator from now on if he wants to sneak into this building.

The fliers were on all the doors at zemurry saturday night.

I never gave them permission to take away my freedom. I think I need to kick these people in the shins now.
