I feel unusually angry at my family tonight for absolutely no reason I can find. At least I am aware of it, I guess, and can try to tone it down. No one has really done something to deserve my anger. The worst of tv was a disgusting dinner and a few too many loud tvs. *sigh* I shall try not to be angry.
