Aug. 11th, 2003 09:38 pmTurns our grandma's gallbladder is functioning normally. Rather, she had an extreme case of acid reflux disease. That's much better because she can just take medication for taht rather tahn letting doctors chop her up. She gave us all quite a scare though.
This evening I went with my parents to return that phone from the other day. Mom and dad strted fighting again. *sigh* Whenever mom gets frustrated, she accuses my father of letting his sugar get too low, even when he's perfectly fine. She refused to let him drive, and wanted me to take her side. I flipped out on both of them, yelling at them to stop forcing me to pick sides in their own petty disputes. I refused to talk to them most of teh way back, only emitting a yes or no to their questions when forced.
The whole day has made me REALLY want to go back to school. But it also makes me feel guilty. At school, I really don't hear much from my family and I don't ahve to deal with their fights and medical issues and stupidity. My life at college is such an indulgence. It doesn't seem fair...
