I think New Orleans smells way worse than any of the cities above it. Well, except New Jersey. New Jersey is so bad, they can't pick out a specific city. :P

Bourbon during Mardi Gras = there's NO competition.. It's a winner hands down..

Other than that, I dunno, just due to lack of exposure.. It's pretty rank, though.
