holytoastrWaiting until kelly is done with her glasses appointment right now.
Yesterday was um, classes then lunch then work then classes with pretty much no break. I had to go to the bookstore to buy another text book because stupid me somehow missed it the first time and I needed it that very day. Funny though, we didn't actually use it in class. Just all the other books I forgot to bring with my when I ran out to buy the new book.
After classes, I went to the comic book store. There wasn't anything in the folder for me, but I picked up a new series about Thessaly from sandman. It's not bad so far. I'll give it a try.
Then I sat around in my room watching tv and pretty much settling into the funk I've gotten into nearly every night. But then chris (not the harry potter variety) was sad cause everyone had gone off to do fun stuff without him. So I realized it wasn't fair of me to sit in my funk and we went to try to play with his fondue pot. But after shopping for supplies and getting it all set up, we realized that we didn't have a thing to heat it. Oh well.... So then we spent the rest of the evening trying to find things to do. Never actually thought up anything, but we talked for a bit.
Then I went home and to bed only to be woken up by a nasty fire alarm. Actually, I slept through the fire alarm for a good bit. When I left, there was no one else left in the building. I can't believe I slept through that.
When I got back to bed, I had terrible dreams. Awful horrible dreams that left me feeling sick when I got up. I didn't start feeling better until a bit into the anime club meeting that was today. I didn't really feel like going because of how bad I felt, but I forced myself out. Sitting around feeling sorry for myself achieves nothing.
I made a giant list of all my anime first. Then when food arrived we watched Love Hina. I am really not all that fond of the show, but I can tolerate it provided there's no flying turtles. And then we watched something called His and Hers Circumstances or something like that. I actually liked that. It was pretty cool except there was sooooo much to read at once. Even though I read fast, I had a hard time keeping up.
I left about 3:15ish to get ready to go out with kelly and roze today. I'm looking forward to that.
Also, I am wearing my tall shoes today in order to get a different perspective on things. Which is a weird thing to do, I think, but I ahven't been the sanest recently now have I?
