So yesterday my prof finally handed out assignments for the acting part of my greek drama class. I had emailed him ahead of time to let him know that I sorta suffered from massive stage fright. He said he would take that into consideration when choosing students for parts.

In class, we learned that he was choosing people randomly with a deck of cards. Though, the deck looked suspeciously thin.

He made a production of shuffling, being sure to point out how fair he was being. Then, he casually pulled a smaller pile of cards from his pocket and snuck it under the original deck. He walked down the rows, handing out cards, and occationally handing out one from the bottom of the pile. He gave me one of those.

Those of us who were given bottom cards were judges. :) Yay for not having to act. All of us had requested that we not act. It was very cool of him to work it out for us.

Other cool stuff for that day, Yuko had her mother-in-law get me a bunch of cool Sailor Moon stuff. :) I got 2 big handkerchiefs, 2 small ones, a paper doll set, and a small coloring book. So very very cool.

Not so cool was the majors meeting I had to go to afterwards. But at least I got free pizza after it. Half a pie all to myself! (And the billion people I shared it with.)

That evening, zorikin came by to fix my computer. It took FOREVER. :P I was starting to get jealous of the computer for grabbing all the attention. But it's all good cause now my cd burner works again! :) The problem wasn't with the burner, but the os.

So now that it's all updated and stuff, I can start going back to mailing out anime for certain people. That is, if I can figure out how to work my computer again. ^^;

After all that was settled, we went to rockethouse. Insecurities, self-loathing, and exhaustion are a bad combination. Yup, that's all I ahve to say on that.

I don't think I fell asleep until after 5 at least. And I woke up well before 9. I'm so tired, I can barely concentrate. I'd take a nap after work, but I have to do laundry. I am out of pants.

perhaps you need to know yerself better then. once you know & love yerself, you'll be able to get over yerself.

i don't know anyone who's quite mastered all three, but it's a hell of a lot of fun to try.
