Sep. 29th, 2005 11:40 pmSo we didn't see Serenity. We missed the one showing of the day. :P Since ben games friday and saturday, I guess he'll be taking me on sunday.
Instead, we watched Dr Strangelove. I had always wanted to see that movie, so I'm glad ben watched it with me. I was pleased by the lack of individual stories in the film. There was no sappy romantic subplot, or families trying to stick together, or any of that other garbage that gets put into movies these days. It was just good wholesome nuclear warfare.
Also this weekend, I shall finally explore the Reston library. They are having a book sale and I am never one to pass up cheap books. There's a couple books I'm going to keep my eyes open for, and I shall do my best not to buy hundreds of books I shall probably never read.
