Sailor Soldier of Love and Justice

Zoo trip was this morning. We had our own private tour guide who would go into the cages and feed the animals to make them interesting.

The new asian trail is very nice. It's very fancy with very nice looking places for the animals and lots of good viewing places for the humans.

We had a private demonstration of the sloth bears. They were supposed to show us how they train them but the baby sloth bear was more interested in playing with his toys. So then we had a private demonstration of some wolves. They ate mice. And smelled bad.

After our tour we went to meet the bus, only it wasn't there. So the person scheduling the whole trip called the bus company to find out where the bus was. To make a long story short, 2 hours later, she called the bus company and demanded a refund. In that time, I played video games and took a nap.

So then we moved onto plan b: Mexican food and margaritas. I was tipsy after half my drink. The woman next to me drank at least a pitcher by herself. After that, I was convinced with coworkers to walk to georgetown. They had ice cream while I watched them eat it. Curse my ineffective digestive system.

Before they started shopping, I excused myself to check on something at the office and then come home. Ben is home now too. I love him!
