But somewhere I missed the simple, stupid definition, and an explanation of why it is important. So I looked it up! I have a sorta vague idea now. From what I understand, it's the change from static web to dynamic web.
How is that new? *confused*
And the way some articles have been written, you'd think this was the end of the world. I don't know, maybe I'm missing something.
So, am I understanding it all right, or am I horribly horribly off? And then, can someone explain to me why everyone is getting so excited (both good and bad) about it?
