holytoastrBen has the scariest driving instructor ever. But I will get to that at the end.
Yesterday ben and I did some driving practice for a while. I had him go down to the fairfax gov't center to practice switching lanes and then back up to great falls for lunch.
After lunch, I drove us to the elusive yarn store. I quickly admitted I was completely clueless and asked the lady there for help. While she ran back and forth finding me yarn, I stood in the corner continuing to look clueless.
While I was in the store, ben had gone to a nearby comic shop. When he came back, he didn't see me in the corner. Of course my phone wasn't working either when he tried to call me. I scared him pretty bad. :( I feel terrible about it.
So, um, I successfully got the yarn I needed and was reunited with ben. Then we went home where I failed to take a nap. Turns out the process money is made is very exciting. They use robots!
Roleplaying was not too soon after that. I fell asleep during game. I'm a terrible person. :(
This morning ben had driving lessons. His instructor asked me to come along for some reason. This guy is really aggressive and scary. He would grab the wheel and yell and stomp the breaks and complain when ben didn't follow his directions that he didn't tell ben in the first place. Now I know why ben was always so stressed out. From now on I think ben is going to practice with me. Hopefully he can take a road test soon. Stupid virginia doesn't let you arrange a test time. You just show up and wait forever and ever.
Must de-stress now. And then ben wants me to take him for more driving. But I don't really know where to go.
