[EDIT] To clear up confusion, the poll is asking for foods you think are tasty, even though you know they are not, yet you can't help but try them again each time you see them.

Our IT dept frustrates me.

I asked them to do two simple tasks: 1) Create a user account on our ftp site for one of our artists, and 2) Create a folder for that account so they can put all their art in one place.

IT did 1 but not 2 and then closed the ticket!

So I reopened the ticket and asked them to please also create the folder. They respond back, "CAN'T YOU SEE IT WITH YOUR EYES???"

Grrr.... clearly I couldn't if I reopened the ticket.

It was fixed by the time he sent the response though. So at least I was able to do my job. I just wish IT would do theirs in a less rude way.

Metro sucks but I am not dead

No worries people. I was not anywhere near the trains that crashed. I was on the orange line, not the red.

(One day metro will kill me, but not today.)
