What a sap!

Work is a little bit slow right now so I'm taking the down time to try to draft up some vows. But I'm getting all teary-eyed! How lame is that!?
This is quite possibly the worst day in my dog's entire life.

Noname in a diaper
- My dog does not like getting her feet wet. It's funny watching her try to avoid all the wet spots outside. (She did not succeed.)

- She saw a big dog frolicking around and got so scared, she peed on the sidewalk.

- I discovered the hard way that the button to open my new umbrella also closes the umbrella. I'm glad no one was around to see that.
Yesterday at work we had a team-building happy hour with the online dept. Me, being the boring lightweight that I am, drank iced tea.

During that time, I discussed the following things with co-workers:
- Comic books
- Costuming
- Cockatiels
- Disney
- California
- How someone can die from having sex with a horse
I have a big red zit under my nose. One of those horrible deep ones that never pop, they just hurt forever and ever.

I tried to use hot water to get the gunk to the top, but that just made it redder. Now it looks like I have the beginnings of a nose bleed. I wish it would go away. It really hurts.

On a completely different but also unpleasant topic, last night I was food shopping with my dad and he asked me if I was pregnant! Gah!

I saw he had bought soup for lunch so I had asked him if we could have crackers too. Not seeing the soup/crackers connection he asks completely seriously, "Why? Do you have morning sickness?"

I spazzed at him and asked how he could think that. He said that was the only reason people eat crackers. So I had to explain to him I eat crackers in soup all the time.

I guess now that they know I live with ben, they're going to ask me if I'm pregnant all the time. I think they are looking for ways to say "I told you so." It won't work though. I am smarter than them.
It's Friday and it's cold. Neither is productive to working.

I parked my car down at the bottom of the driveway so hopefully I won't end up in the ditch again. I'm still so horribly embarrassed about that.

The things I have to do today are hard. :( They're going to take a while. I hope I can finish them early enough to look for more jobs.

*sigh* Ok, time to figure out how to contact someone when I have no way to contact them....

*shiver*
I got stuck in an icy ditch. *cries* I'm so embarrassed.

I was trying to pull out of the driveway at work and was going too far to the side and heading for the ditch. I turned the car to correct it but ended up sliding across the ice into the other ditch!

Everyone came out to help me but the car was firmly stuck. Eventually this guy with a plow and a truck came and offered to pull the car out for free. My boss gave him a tip for being nice. I was so so embarrassed. I should have given the guy a tip but I had no cash on me. :(

While grocery shopping I picked up a billion different types of hot cocoa. I figured that's the least I can do for everyone helping me out.

I'm going to crawl into a ball of shame for the rest of the evening.
